Radiant Coffee isn’t just about coffee. It’s about people, community, and living out our faith in everyday moments.

We’re the Flores family: a mom, dad, and three boys. This cart is truly a family effort. You’ll see us all out there, from steaming milk to handing out lattes with a smile. For us, Radiant Coffee is more than a small business. It’s a way to gather our community, teach our boys the value of hard work and customer service, and most importantly share the love of Jesus in the most ordinary, beautiful way: over a cup of coffee.

Why “Radiant”?

Our name comes from Psalm 34:5 — “Those who look to Him are radiant, and their faces shall never be ashamed.”

This verse is the heart of our cart. It reminds us that when our eyes are fixed on Christ, His light shines through us. We wanted our business to carry that message. True joy, hope, and confidence come from Him. Every drink we serve and every smile we share is rooted in that prayer. Our desire is that you would feel Christ’s love and leave just a little more radiant than when you came.

Coffee with Intention

We care about the craft of coffee just as much as the community around it. That is why we chose to source our beans from Cat & Cloud Coffee, a roaster known not only for their incredible quality but also for their heart behind what they do. We believe great coffee is an art, and we are proud to serve drinks that are thoughtfully made from start to finish.

A Family Venture

Radiant Coffee is also a hands-on classroom for our three boys. As they help serve customers, clean up, and greet people, they are learning what it means to work hard, serve with excellence, and care for others first. Our hope is that these lessons stay with them for a lifetime. We pray that our little cart plants seeds of faith and entrepreneurship in their hearts.

At the end of the day this isn’t just about caffeine. It is about connection. It is about creating a space where people feel welcomed, encouraged, and loved in the way Jesus loves us.
